After configuring help scout, I found I was missing new messages that were submitted through the ‘beacon’. It was becoming quite infuriating, because I couldn’t figure out how to get new messages to notify me. It looked like maybe the paid for account with workflows may do the trip.
Well I tried contacting Help Scout, but had no response.
Some inspire googling helped me find the answer, and it’s simple. If you go to user account, Your profile, notifications, you can turn on email, mobile and browser notifications for new messags coming in, fabulous!
