I have a broken website, what should I do?

If you have a broken website, what you should do is reach out to us for support:

For customers who host their site with us

If you are a customer that we host your website for you then please get in contact above and we will look to address the problems with your website within 24 hours on a week day, and 72 hours at a weekend. We can typically resolve many issues quicker than that. Issues dealt with as part of your support package include the following (that could have caused the broken website):

  • Outage of your website
  • Poor performing website
  • Malware on your website
  • Hack on your website
  • Loss of site content

For customers who are not hosting with us

We offer help in liaising with your hosting provider on a time and materials basis, with a £50+VAT call out charge, plus £50+VAT per hour working on resolving the problem. Our terms and conditions state we will do our best to resolve the issues, but we cannot guarantee full recovery. Under the unlikely circumstance that we cannot resolve your issue we will still charge the call out fee and time spent on the issue, however we will offer you a referral to another company that can assist further.
